FAQs

Finding the best possible funding or program solution for your family whether neurodivergent, a person with a disability or anyone in need of assistance, is challenging at best. That’s why CNDH is your trusted professional application partner, here to help you navigate the red tape.

As your social services advocate, our primary objective is to be a dedicated ally for you and your loved ones and ensure that your needs are met comprehensively.

Our services encompass identifying and securing various forms of assistance, including

  • financial aid

  • essential resources

  • qualified service providers

…tailored to your income level and specific requirements.

By assuming the responsibility of sourcing and vetting these resources, we alleviate the burden from your shoulders, providing you with peace of mind and saving you valuable time and effort.

We also offer assistance with form completion upon request, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process, and understand that you may have some of the following questions.

Q: I can’t afford to pay for this service

A: We appreciate that budgets are a concern. We also understand that getting your application rejected due to missing critical details, program deadlines, errors, misunderstandings, or not compelling enough language can be a far more expensive option.

Funding can amount to thousands of dollars, and admission to programs that can start working with your child or loved one sooner rather than later can make all the difference in their lives and for children's development and lead to easier parenting.  As the forms completion and submission professionals, CNDH gives you the best and fastest opportunity to get the help you and your child need.

Q: Why do I need to pay you when other companies do something similar for free?

A: As a single mom who has been through this process, I understand how overwhelming and confusing it can be. Free services, while helpful in a basic sense, don't provide the detailed guidance and support you really need. They often just walk you through the forms in a very general way, leaving you to figure out the best strategies and how to phrase things to get the best possible outcome.

This means you're still left with the heavy responsibility of completing and submitting all your paperwork correctly. It's up to you to find the right words to appeal to the decision-makers for your specific application. And unfortunately, these services don't offer advice on how to fill out your forms to get the highest approval amounts by explaining the needs in detail.

I know how important it is to get this right, and how much easier it would be to have someone guide you through every step of the process.

CNDH’s services are far more thorough and strategic than free services, and we offer the best chance of application success.

Q: How can you help me in a way that a free government or charity company can’t?

A: Government agencies and charity organizations often have to handle a large number of requests, making it hard for them to focus on individual cases. As someone who has been through this, I know that they might not be able to offer extensive support, like filling out all your forms or giving personalized recommendations for your specific needs.

Because of the high demand, immediate service is rare, which can lead to missed deadlines—a problem more serious than it might seem. Missing a deadline often means waiting a long time for the next application period, leaving your family without the funding or help you need right away.

When you work with CNDH, you ARE our priority! We work directly for and with you. Whether you choose the done-for-you Concierge Package or the strategic Comprehensive Package, we give you the exact information, referrals, and assistance that meet your unique requirements.

Q:  Why does CNDH charge a fee for this service?

A: CNDH is a small, single mother  woman-owned business that services clients on a 1:1 basis without federal funding or charitable contributions. Our professional expertise and fully customized consultations ensure that you’re not just a number or a waitlisted name but a valued client who will be given the best and fastest possible course of action to get your funding or program application ready and submitted.

Your fee covers the time and experience of our CNDH consultant, who works directly for your best interests—not for a government agency or a charity organization.

Q: Can you give me a discount?

A: Due to the lengthy and dedicated investment of time, research, and strategic expertise our consultants bring to your application process, our fee structure reflects a small fraction of the value we provide. Our pricing will remain as shown.

Q: If I am not approved for funding, will you redo my application or give me a refund?

A: The government agencies and charitable organizations providing the funding and programs are the final decision-makers regarding which applicants will be accepted at any given time. Circumstances such as the number of applicants, the volume of funds, changing mandates, government directives, and many other factors will shape their decision.  As such, we do not offer refunds or further submissions at no cost.

CNDH will submit your application using the best language and to the most appropriate funding and programs for your precise needs and conditions.  With a commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail, we guarantee that every aspect of my service is delivered with the utmost quality and care, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

We cannot guarantee that you or our child will be accepted, but we can guarantee that we will give your application the care and attention to detail that it deserves to maximize its positioning advantage.
