Comprehensive Support Package
$375
● 30-minute 1:1 Zoom or phone consultation
● Resources and Programs tailored to meet the specific needs of your loved one.
● Detailed information on each recommendation, including how-to’s
● Clear instructions on how to apply for any recommended programs or funding
● Delivery of post-consultation recommendations and instructions within 3 business days
● Open line of communication with our team to answer any questions, throughoutthe process.
This package encompasses best-practice approaches to various needs, including access cards, funding opportunities, support services, and access to health practitioners!
Our team will work diligently to ensure you have the information you need to provide your child with the support he or she requires.
Concierge Support Package
$575
● 1-hour 1:1 Zoom or phone consultation● All necessary calls to verify funding or program availability
● Obtain program pricing information
● Confirm the acceptance of patients by health practitioners and service providers
● Completion of all necessary forms using the most advantageous terms and language
● Submit the applications on your behalf for the services and funding
Done-for-you assistance to ease your journey in communicating your child's needs while accessing resources and support services! You focus on parenting while we handle the research and red tape.
Our dedicated team will also conduct thorough research to identify all available resources, including funding opportunities, access cards, support services, and health practitioners.
We will take the initiative to streamline the process for you, ensuring you have access to your child's support without the hassle of paperwork and phone calls.
