At Canadian Neurodivergent and Disabilities Hub,we are committed to providing accessible and affordable assistance to all individuals, regardless of their financial circumstances. We understand that managing finances can be challenging, especially for those living below the poverty line. That's why we accommodate these needs with a sliding scale pricing model to ensure that our services remain accessible to everyone.

Here's how it works:

If your income falls below the poverty threshold, we offer our assistance at a discounted rate. We believe that everyone deserves support, regardless of their financial situation.

For those who exceed the poverty threshold, our services are priced at the standard rate. This ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality assistance while sustaining our operations.

We require proof of income to determine eligibility for the discounted rate. You can provide a Notice of Assessment (NOA) with your SIN number hidden. Alternatively, if you prefer not to disclose your NOA, our standard pricing will apply.

Our sliding scale pricing reflects our commitment to inclusivity and affordability. We believe that everyone deserves access to the support they need to thrive, and we're here to help you every step of the way.

🕒 Important Notice: Hourly Charge Policy 🕒

At CNDH, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service tailored to your unique needs. To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, we want to inform you about our hourly charge policy for all services rendered.

A 1 hour consult is included with all packages.

1-Hour Consult- This is a phone or zoom appointment to determine the needs of your child or yourself. We will discuss diagnosis, support systems, income threshold wants, and needs. This will help me support you in establishing which resources you qualify for. During the consult, if at any point you need to pause or take a break as you are overwhelmed or your child requires your care. I understand, I will pause and we can continue the consult at a more convenient time. The remainder of your consult will be continued at no additional cost.
Qualified Resources- After the initial consult, I will compile a list of resources based on the needs of you or your child. This will include what you qualify for based on income for all programs, grants, funding, credits, and assistance.
Form Assist- We provide assistance in taking the information acquired from you and inputting that information into forms for you or your child. I will review each section of the form via zoom or telephone to ensure accuracy. The forms will be using the correct legal language to convey the child's behavior etc. (If you require a translator please indicate that on your intake form).
Prices vary based on the time taken to fill out the forms with you, but you will be made aware prior to continuing the forms.
